good customer service on refunds could be better
My experience so far has been great other then the fact that when goods are not instock im having to battle to get my full refund example am told 2 items are out of stock so ask for a refund am told that the one item will be refunded but do not see my refund yet i also paid shipping on the not instock items where is my refund for shipping i paid? second point denial of the second item not being in stock and having to argue about it to try to get refund of goods paid that are not instock and shipping paid to have these goods shipped.
