Great items , Poor ( and VERY slow ) service
Very Poor slow service has put me off using Litfad again which is a shame because the items when I eventually received them were very good quality and look fantastic . I ordered 8 lights in total and paid for express shipping . FOUR months later I got half of two lights delivered ( no lampshades on either of them ) and a note saying that two lights were out of stock with a refund ( fair enough ) . Another month later I got four more lights - this time complete and finally another month later I got the lampshades . E-mails to their customer service were always answered but often with a curt - "please wait" . I would say that ( despite a large number of reviews saying otherwise ) this company are not scammers but are struggling to deliver orders because they have a pretty inefficient despatch system and really do need to improve it . I was delighted with the lights when they arrived so if you are prepared to wait you'll get a good product at a good price .
