Absolute nightmare of a company
Absolute nightmare of a company. I’ve been trying to redeem $100 for almost 2 months, and they supposedly won’t pay me out because I used a credit card for package purchases rather than my debit card. They claim the only way they can pay me out is for me to put MORE money into their website using my debit card, so they can “verify” my bank account. I’ve never had this issue with any other sweeps site, including their sister site Zumo. Fully convinced this website is a scam who will never pay me out. I’ve reported them to every higher authority I can.
