Not only did it fail to meet the advertised standards of being made from real hair and in Italian, but I also did not receive an order note, a crucial document for any purchase. It is unacceptable to mislead customers with false promises and subpar products. In light of this experience, I urge fellow consumers to exercise caution when dealing with this company and to be wary of their misleading practices.
