On 2nd April I ordered a dress from this Company. After 17 days I emailed to ask about delivery. At this point they told me due to covid they didn't have a date. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. 29th April, still waiting for refund, emailed again, they said don't worry we will refund you when we return to work. 20th June emailed them again asking for some sort of response, still not heard anything at all. They emails I have had from them have been very polite, but this is totally unacceptable. ORDER NUMBER HS00000185
