Banggood, una garanzia con qualche lacuna. Da migliorare
I've always been satisfied with the goods purchased from Banggood. The problem lies in the after-sales service. 1) Package preparation and shipping times are often very long. 2) Checking the tracking number is pointless, as it's (always) non-existent, which is extremely annoying for those waiting for their purchased goods. 3) Not finding replacement parts is also quite annoying. Example: a second battery for the TOPSHAK TS-ESD4 impact driver, a little gem I purchased on the platform some time ago and works wonderfully, so much so that I actually wished for a second battery to complete the kit. The shortcomings need to be addressed to earn 5 stars.
