Scam. Unwearable. Unprofessional.
Took a month to come as shipped from China which wasn't advertised, if it was I wouldn't of ordered it. I ordered a Christmas Cardigan it was the thickness of a shirt it ripped when when I undid a button, the writing was unreadable and the sewing was sewn over the actual writing (wish I could add pictures as the the item is laughable) nothing like what Is being advertised. Emailed and took a month to respond there excuse was lightning angles....lightning angles apparently effects the sewing being off and it ripping...had someone come back to Me with offer of 10% refund and then a 20% refund which they then said you need to return the jumper with a £30 postage if you want a full refund. 1 the item cost that much, 2 you really think you can fob this off to someone else and 3 absolutely not. So I replied saying if you want it back you pay for postage. Got a reply to that saying you asked to return it! (I didnt I only asked for a refund) and the best bit of this email was a laughing emoji was added on the end of it! Such a professional company/scam....but in the end a person named Wesley activated a refund after I mention I would report through my bank
