Update on problems returning
Further to my previous review, this has now been resolved. The return procedure certainly wasn’t “hassle-free”. After offers of 15% refund with 20% discount off my next purchase, and 50% refund, they have since refunded 100%. I am glad this is now sorted, but would suggest it is made more clear at the point of purchase that returns from the UK cost you around £25+ postage.
