Buyer Beware: They will ghost you!
I purchased a saltwater chlorinator from this company and followed all of the guidance provided to ensure that it was installed correctly. After installation, we discovered that several of the functions advertised on the company’s website were not yet active or available for this model. We paid a significantly higher price for the upgraded control system specifically because of these advertised features. Without them, the control system provides little to no additional value and is essentially useless in its current state. After a week of trying, we have yet to reach anyone at the company or the manufacturer of the chloriation system. It might have been better to buy from a reputable dealer and a known brand.
