I'm going to try and stay calm while making this review. I've purchased an OSMO POCKET 2 directly from this company while it was on "Pre-order", this was promised to be delivered as early as 1st Nov... this is now the 9th and nothing is here. The product is since widely available in the UK at all major outlet including amazon for same day delivery. I have contacted customer support several times which they seem to be clueless, they provided me with a DHL tracking number that seems to be stuck on the same status since the 2nd Nov... Customer service are clueless to what's going on and everything is slow to a depressing level. I wouldn't use ever this company directly from now on. Terrible at all levels.
