Customer service was good, bad quality cardigan
Customer service responded quickly to my questions—which was great—but the quality of the cardigans is poor. I blame myself for this, too; I should have known better. It’s the sort of thing you often see on social media—one of those "Temu" fails... Just copy and paste an image onto a cardigan and start selling. The service was good, but I won't be ordering from here again. I guess I'll keep the cardigans for Halloween or something. 21-8-2026 Thanks for your reply, @Geeksoutfit. I have to pay 78 euros for two cardigans that I can't even give away because the quality is embarrassingly poor. The cardigan itself is soft and warm, but it’s literally just an image stuck onto it. I blame myself once again for making this purchase. I’ll send an email to customer service.
