Pre-order promises are NOT being kept.
I made an order on the 25 of november during a pre-order. My order was "Accepted"... Then 15 days later, I still have not received my order. I contact customer support, who will look into my order. Two days later, half my order arrives and the rest of my order is cancelled a few hours after some items have arrived to my address. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Creating fake scarcity by using pre-order systems, and then not even able to fulfill those pre-orders.
