Excellent advice after visiting their support. My computer/server/router had caused a lot of problems over my apps/programs. Luminar Neo was just freezing and when I tried to re-instal I was getting the same reaction. Support made a number of suggested actions, at first these did not work but they kept at it, eventually getting me up and running. I used to be a user of Photoshop and Lightroom, since their beginning, but have canceled them due to the excessive cost. Luminar Neo is my goto site for post production.
