Not 5G
Have used Maya before no problem. This time whilst visiting the US they issued an e-sim that wasn't 5G. Ran through troubleshooting and determined it wasn't my device - in fact a second SIM I had installed connected to 5G without a problem on the same network. Maya even tried issuing a new eSIM but still the same problem, LTE only, despite them advertising it as a 5G product. Clearly, there is an issue in their end which they either haven't detected or perhaps don't understand. The LTE connection has been stable and at least I have a connection, but I'm disappointed it's not as advertised.
