A DIFFERENT KIND OF STUPIDITY! Walmart Wonders Why They Are Losing Market Share Walmart Is Trying All Sorts of Rebranding Strategies THEY SHOULD TRY TAKING CARE OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS! LOWER PRICES ARE NOT THE ONLY PRIORITY OF CUSTOMERS! I live 45 minutes from my nearest Walmart and have used them extensively for my grocery and pharmaceutical needs. On Tues am 28 Jul my Rx was sent, by my doctor, to the Las Vegas NM store. The Rx was medication needed for 2 emergency MRI’s scheduled for Wed pm. Without the Rx the procedures could not be done. By Tues pm I had not received notification that the Rx had been filled, which was usually the case. I tried to contact the pharmacy without success. On Wed, 9:05am I called to determine what was going on. I was told they were waiting for my physical address. This was utterly ridiculous as I used the pharmacy before & my physical address should have been on file. Not to mention that I was not notified that this was a hold up. I gave them my physical address & was told the Rx would be ready in 20 mins. 1.5 hours later I arrived at the pharmacy, via paid transport. After waiting in line for a half hour, I was told that the Rx would not be ready for a half hour. If I waited I would miss my MRI appointments. The associate did not give a shit. LACK OF PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURES and LACK OF CONCERN BY THE ASSOCIATE has caused: - Potentially significant medical issues - Loss of funds - Rescheduling issues. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER BE USING WALMART AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!!! SAVE MONEY, DIE SOONER! WHO KNEW?
