Awful service! !!
I bought a phone from them and it came faulty, I notified there customer service team and after about 4 messages were I had to confirm my order details and I was basically sending the same information over and over again, they decided that I can send the phone to be repaired, not replaced as it was normal considering that the product was faulty from the beginning and I had to pay for the international shipping. .. Now I opened a case with PayPal and I'm waiting for my money back.
