Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. After receiving 3 faulty items, out of a 5 piece order, I spent 2.5 weeks, of making 4 phone calls and 4 emails to ask about a reduction in price or replacing the items. I was constantly told someone would get back to me, but they never did. I have now returned all of the order for refunding.
