First of all my inquiries all mentioned about that I requested an open ticket and tiket.com keeps sending me correspondence on credit vouchers. In the end I gave up and settled for an credit voucher. The following customer service agents have dealt with my inquiry, Asnur, Resi Amanda, Michael, Irena P. Dewi, CT. None of them has actually answered my question, even when I put them numbered they still fail to do so.
