Zero customer service and cheap finish to screens
I bought a 110 inch ALR screen from Wupro. The screen arrived but I had an issue with the outer frame of the screen. It was cut too short and did not join correctly at the corners leaving a gap in the frame. I contacted the supplier twice but they never got back to me or attempted to resolve my issue. The screen is functional but the finish is cheap and I'm not happy with how it looks in my living room with this defect. For these reasons I would not recommend WUPRO to people considering purchasing from them.
