7 kg maximum for a hand luggage and a personal item? What in the name of... is this ? It would be better to tell passengers just to carry one of them! They charged us for overweight an additional 60 EUR This happened on a flight from Shanghai to Kuala Lumpor. For such long trips, you cant have maximum 7 kgr !!!! I dont have any other complain, staff was friendly, the plane was generally comfortable but the 7 kg max weight was a JOKE!
