Pamono and Charish seller since 3 years. We have had only the problems with pamono logistics department since november 2025. Pamono Logistics Team is an incompetent stuff who does not do his work. Several orders took about 2 months to be picked up instead 1 day normally. One order was cancelled by the customer because of the delay. Pamono direction have been informed about that since several months. PAMONO, Director of Sales offered us to do the work of pamono logistics department ourselves. Obviously it is not what pamono mentions in the contract. Since pamono has been sold in 2025 we have only incompetent persons to work with every sale. Today PAMONO, Director of Sales announced to us that our account will be closed because we din't want to do the work of pamono logistics department that does nothing instead their work Very poor expierence as the seller: incompetent stuff, rare sales, 4 weeks paiement after the sale, 30% sales fees, excessive account fees. All that just to not assume their incompetence. Never seen before.
