FAB product, and Top for customer service
I’ve used AVC for several years now, mostly to convert movies downloaded from the internet, and it has proven to be a very stable and efficient piece of software. I’ve only needed to contact customer services a few times, usually when my Windows crashes and I’ve had to reinstall all my software profiles, which often results in the usual reinstall glitches. And credit where it’s due, they’ve always responded promptly and without fuss, and have always resolved the problem for me. If required, they've even issued a “no-fuss” replacement serial number to get me up and running again. They now offer Video and Photo AI enhancers too, which I’m likely to try based on this experience and look forward to continued use with this very efficient product that more than caters for my needs. Highly recommended. Thank you, Mr. Limpopo, on behalf of DoK (Cornwall, England)
