Well Made Product with Needs Better Instructions
The outdoor air conditioner privacy screen was quicky shipped after using the easily navigated site. All parts of the fence are well constructed and fit together with no issues.
The instructions are fairly self explanatory however, there are some images that contradict each other which was frustrating and I perform projects around my house on a regular basis. Why I ended up with several extra screws is beyond me as the instructions don't show where they go.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. They sell unisex sizes. Who does this. I purchased a Ryder Cup Golf shirt in XL, received it and it doesn't even fit me. I looked at tge website and it's listed as a unisex shirt. Then they give you 15 days to return an item but don't respond to emails.

**Class Action Suit**
I'll be starting a class action suit against Secure Box Office for taking almost $1000.00 for concert tickets and when the concert was cancelled due to COVID, they refused to refund my money.
There are precedent setting cases that have awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars against other online ticket sales companies for pulling the same scam. I'm waiting to hear back from the Attorney General's Office.
Anyone interested in joining this class action, please contact me.
