Unprofessional pilot & very underwhelming trip
As I got in the helicopter my phone accidentally slipped out of my pocket & slipped in between my & my Sons seat, I couldn’t reach it as my harness was attached & it was very cosy with 3 passengers in the front, as the pilot got into his seat I mentioned to him that my phone had dropped out of my pocket & it was under the seat as my son was phoning it. He came back round opened my door & just said it wasn’t under the seat l & then got back in his & flew the chopper off leaving me phoneless with nothing to show video & photo wise. When we landed in the Canyon ( very disappointing) I got out & retrieved my phone instantly, if only he had let me out at the airport ( 30 seconds maximum) I would of had memories of mine & my Sons trip. Very disappointing experience & very underwhelming trip, far better taking the escorted coach trips as you’ll see more & the staff are probably more customer focused & friendlier than my pilot.PS if your in the back you won’t see much.
