Missing coat
I ordered a coat before Christmas and after a few weeks (January) they said it had been delivered, which it hadn't. I disputed this so they said they would send another as I was a valued customer and today I checked the tracking to see it had been delivered which it hasn't. Scam. I must admit I ordered it as a gamble,£20,and for a bit of a laugh so I don't expect my money back. No fool like an old fool.
