SCAM or Delivery delay?
The only reason I'm giving this company the rating of 1 is because they can't seem to tell me anything about my order accept what I see on the tracking website. I placed my order 4/16/2020, my tracking # showed it picked up on 4/27. I understood when I placed the order it was a company in China and that we were at the peek of a pandemic, so grace was extended to MiracleSofa. My package didn't arrive in the US until 5/8 over a month, and guess what today is 6/10/2020 and I still don't have my cover. I don't know if this company is a scam but thus far it feels like it so my next step is BBB. I spoke with a legal firm and was told there is no (BBB) Better Business Bureau in China so I'm reaching out to the China Embassy or Chinese Police. I know the amount is small but its not small when you look at all the reviews of not receiving products from many consumers.
