I was impressed with the agents with whom I spoke. They were knowledgeable and upbeat. Seemed happy in what they were doing.
We have used Direct TV services before and when we moved, we never even considered another company. After speaking with the agents, I was all the more impressed with the company. These agents didn't act as though it was just a job. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best service they had to offer.
