Using this product I've gotten some hot flashes relief and sleep is a bit better.
Using this product I've gotten some relief from my hot flashes. I've noticed I sleep better then before I was taking it. Only taking for a few weeks, hoping for less hot flashes still so will keep taking in hopes that these hot flashes are less noticeable.
