some kind of scammers
I wanted to switch my inactive company to them, and was told: "Switching to 3E Accounting is very simple. You will just need to provide us with your basic information and authorisation for our dedicated team to take care of the whole change over process. " After several days of clarifying and question I sent on request copies of company registration and receive a response: "Well received with thanks. Based on our preliminary overall assessment, we regret that we are currently not able to take on the engagement due to our limited resources and expertise. ..." . Some irresponsible unreliable service provider. Better stay away from it. Edit: referring to the answer below : in the last response from them, as mentioned above they told: "we are currently not able to take on the engagement due to our limited resources and expertise." Nothing about that they are not able to do this check. As a service provider this company should have the possibility to provide KYC check. If not - you can't rely on them. If they really can't do KYC check, they must have tell me that they cannot provide KYC check yet at the beginning, as I asked they about switching, because I told them that I am a foreigner. As service provider they must know they have to do the KYC check, which as they now claim they cannot provide. So they either lied or are unreliable. Or both. Therefore I am inclined to believe that most likely its just about the customer's nationality. Be careful - tomorrow or some day, they may stop liking you nationality.
