Only the one mistake
I've bought several items from TomTop and in general they were as described, worked fine, and all arrived. In one case, however, they advised me that the item I had ordered was not available in the colour (silver-blue) and asked if a different colour (red) would be OK. I replied "yes", in fact I said any colour except cherry. The problem is what later arrived was a different model (albeit the correct colour), and really not suitable - instead of a skull shape I got a dog! The product code on the box was clearly different to the code of the one ordered but with the revised colour. I emailed them about this asking about returning the item. Repeatedly they said that it was as per the revised order. It was not and I had sent photo's to try to make this clear. In the end, after several emails, the matter was not resolved and so since I have not used the site, even though this was just one mistake. I guess there are other options! (Update: Hi Tomptop, thanks for responding to my concern. I was not expecting this! The order number was AN18A19J4559-BKBBH5.)
