Agoda enabled me to book hotel easily.
Agoda enabled me to book my hotel of choice easily. However, I had read reviews expressing concern about Agoda's booking failures so I tried to contact the hotel I had booked (Hotel Relais Saint Jacques, Paris) to confirm the booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel's email address given on the Agoda booking management page was not correct (maybe it was dated/had changed) so, alarmingly, I did not receive a response from the hotel until I found another, correct, email address. Happily the hotel confirmed my booking had been passed by Agoda. I recommend Agoda contact the hotel directly to get the correct email address to put on the booking management page.
