Hot and miss
Pros: Very quick shipping and usually arrives in one piece though packaging is...questionable at times. High quality products in the context of the 3D printing market Good enough customer support if you're comfortable doing substantial trouble shooting work yourself, and doing your own repairs which can be extremely complex, precision and time consuming tasks Cons: Zero on site servicing. You have to be prepared to be your own engineer. You have to assert your rights (eg to faulty goods replacement) more than you should have to Customer support for software updates and non-mechanical failure printing issues is pretty much non existent.
