1Password Rises to the Top
Since password managers became popular. I have gone through three different companies. The last one was the one recommended by Kim Kommando, which turned out to be a real disaster. None of them provided the service they extolled in their advertising, or their system just does not work with my PC. The last company just kept telling me, "We're working on this. Please be patient." After a year of being patient I decided they were not worth my money. Then I decided to try 1Password. I have been using it for about six months now and I have to say everything has been seamless for the most part. When I ran into a problem with 1Password not filling in the information needed for my bank and credit card companies automatically, I sent a message to customer service. In less than 24 hours I had a response with potential solutions. We did have to go back and forth a couple of times, but each time the representative knew exactly what was explained and the solution given by the previous representative. We finally resolved it to my satisfaction; I have to say these people were the polite, patient, and generous with their time. They set the gold standard for customer service.
