I ordered a Ulanzi BP10 Hardshell Camera Backpack 35L on the 9t of november. After receiving nothing from them I send Ulanzi one email and they answered that the back was out of stock. After the 28th of dec i would get is. Because I did't want to to wait so long I asked the to refund my money. After one day my money wad refunded on my account. Compliments for ULANZ
