Never buy there products they are cheaply made I owned a bluetti eb3a and 4 times it has died in the 2 year warranty now it's dead again and I have to pay to have it repaired I am considering to chuck it in the bin and stick with ecoflow and jackery they look after me when ever I buy from them I know my money is safe with them....but it I do have to say though outside of the 24-month warranty blue Eddie did decide to fix it for the fourth time which was nice, hence why I give them three star
