Ships FedExes late, never responses to Customer Service Inquiries
I needed a set of lenses ASAP for an event, and ordered them on a Tuesday Oct 21, paying the same price that the lenses were for FedEx Priority - basically $45 total ($23 for the lenses, $22 for shipping). PP waited all of Wednesday Oct 22, then shipped the lenses Thursday Oct 23, ensuring that I would NOT receive them by Saturday 10/24. Now I'm here on a Monday, Oct 27, when they were delivered and now useless. I send messages twice about this, and no response at all from Customer Service. I need to find a North American provider!
