Customer service fall down
My wife ordered a bag which she loves. Its the second one she has bought of this type. Unfortunately the bag came without the shoulder strap. Its a simple mistake and has just been forgotten to put inside bag. However I have sent two emails to this company and have had no response. The order number is SL17275WEAT1905. By your review reply it would seem that you are right but we bought it through a you tube ad in your name. I think you should monitor ads in your name and get them deleted as they discredit your business. Personally I would never buy again anything implying minooy!
