Difficult to contact, no answer on travel ban
Hello, I cannot seem to contact and get a correct answer for this. Its so difficult to get an answer. Currently, Philippines has a travel ban to Taiwan for Philippine Passport Holders. Three of my bookings are affected. CSG 3286180 CSG 3329207 CSG 3297646 I can't go in Taiwan due to the travel ban. Kindly tell me my options on cancellation or if I can reroute my trip. I understand that my ticket has specific rules, however I also cannot go because of the mandate from my home country.
