Concerning my experience with TinyDeal,surly,i have a lot.And always I am very satisfied . Recently i had a problem with an order of a zero UMI 5 " great FHD OGS amoled MTK6592 8-core ultrathin phone at 50 % flash deal .The payment ended without the coupon code that i had and shoud reduce the final price at a half.Thus,I decided soon to send them an email.The answers was very precise and concise and without any delay.The representative of TinyDeal Customer Service (Annie) was very nice and very available.Next day and because the weekend arrived i trayed to contact them via the Live chat.The agent (Miya) was also very kind and promise me to help me to cancel the order (What I demand to do).That so,my problem is solved,faster and better,in three days the weekend included and i was refunded entierly to my account .
