Good Community Standard but Bad Website
In terms of IAM Group Limited's service, they do indeed help out fellow managers out there with their free guidelines, tips and newsletters, staying true to what is advertised in their website. It's too bad that since this is a global community, most members (who are as far as Yokohama Japan, Bangkok Thailand, Hawaii USA etc.) have to rely on their website to collaborate. And the problem is that their website needs a little more improvement as it is currently clunky, buggy and very not so user-friendly. Most managers aren't the techie bunch anyway, so perhaps IAM Group Ltd should start fixing their site? Overall, this is a good company to be a part of and I really feel comfortable signing up with them. - Cristina
