Dear Sirs, Valueable items being left outside the front gate by the public roadway!!! Really!!
Dear Sirs, Please note that I have ordered several items from different sources online and am alway "honest and helpful" which goes without saying. I have another item, a telephone on order from your TOMTOP company. The first item is a Battery Charges which has not arrived. I have tracked this delivery and notice on your tracking sight to be showing as "DELIVERED". Please note that it has not been delivered. Can you please request our Courier company to show where and when item was delivered? I also notice that the delivery is claimed to have been made by "FASTWAY COURIERS". I have had items delivered to me from other suppliers who use DPD and I have had delays BUT otem is always delivered. In the past on a couple of occasions I have lost items claimed to have been delivered by "FASTWAYS Couriers" but never received. On one occasion they left my delivery outside well away from my property alongside the road entrance outside my gate without any notification and was accidentally notice by a visitor to my home. Can you please check with this courier and ask them for any evidence of delivery and where on my property did they leave the item? When they leave items outside the property gate by the public roadside that is not good enough. Can you please let me know the outcome. Thanking you and with regards : Parvez Butt
