I was used to the 300 mg dose but since it not available and my knees were hurting I bought the higher dosage. While it helped my knees, my level of motivation was affected. Last night I took half of the 600 dose and went back to normal. I am allergic to THC so the elevate is the only one I can use. I still think resilience is the best
