YOU WONT GET A REFUND
Ordered a USB heated body warmer. This arrived, charged it as per instructions when fully charged unplugged and tried to turn it in, nothing, didn't work Plugged it back in and turned it on whilst charging via the USB and it turned on, only heated an area 3 inches square in the middle of the jacket so completely useless Unplugged it again and it just turned off Contacted customer support 2 days ago and got no reply at all, I am appalled Absolutely disgraceful company I have now attempted to order 2 items from this company, 1 never turned up and this is faulty They have not published my review on their site and have ignored all attempts to contact them Not based in England, they will take your money and you have no rights to get a refund, scammers
