Total scam, they won't refund you
I bought a ticket to Singapour with a cancellation / refund insurrance. There is NO WAY to contact Redbus at ALL if you want to ask anything. No email, to phone number, no online tool works in order to let you cancel your ticket and/or just to ask a question. I tried to contact 4 different phone number and NOBODY wanted to help me with this matter. I paid for extra insurance, but I couldn't get any refund because their service is 0/10
