Promised Refund for Deceased Pet's Meds Never Received
This review refers to my expected refund. I used Allivet in the past and was 100% satisfied. In short, I placed a meds order for our dog. She unexpectedly passed the very next day. I cancelled the order before Allivet shipped it. Allivet acknowledged my cancellation request. I was offered a refund and received part of the original payment in a timely manner, after at least one follow-up. I was told on April 22 by Allivet, "Please rest assured that I have processed a full refund to your PayPal account." Besides losing the dog who we adopted 15 years ago, I'm now paying for meds that she will never use. I'm disappointed and have expressed that to Allivet. We will adopt another dog before the end of summer and will not be future Allivet customers.
