I agree with all the previous positive reviews - no nede to repeat them. my recent request for three bookings during golden week 2026 they secured two of the three requests in business class, and suggested and then secured the third in first class for me. It was a breeze boarding the trains and I will definitely use them next time. The charge for their service is definitely worth it as a western foreigner. Thank you!!!!
