No response to a hand warmer recall refund
I ordered hand warmers that were recalled and submitted all of the required information to receive a refund. Ocoopa acknowledged and confirmed that my information was received and that I would hear back in 7-10 business days. I've reached out twice asking for an update, and two months later, I have not heard a word. A reputable company would have responded.
