sugargoo has really gone downhill
I love sugargoo but it has really gone downhill since the raid. They have become very strict with what can be purchased to the point where it is now risky and unpredictable when purchasing unbranded items. The main issue I have is that the items I'm trying to purchase are not replicas yet are still not available due to their association with certain popular characters in media. The system allows some of those items but doesn't allow others which makes it confusing. I also went through about 4 different customer service agents that couldn't unanimously agree on the status of my item that I requested to be returned to the seller (so it can be shipped to a different address). On a side note, I also purchased waterproof packaging and did not receive that when my parcel arrived, so I needed to request a refund for waterproof.
