Feels Like a Scam — Order Never Delivered
I placed an order for contact lenses on November 25, and as of December 14, I still have not received anything. That is nearly three weeks with no delivery, and the lack of fulfillment is extremely concerning especially for a product that was needed. The delay has been excessive, communication has been inadequate, and at this point the experience feels unreliable and untrustworthy. I purchased these contact lenses because I needed them, yet the company has failed to deliver or resolve the issue in any meaningful way. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend Kira to anyone. Based on my experience, I regret placing this order and have lost confidence in the company entirely. I've know sent an email to info @ just4kira.com as suggested in the reply, chasing my delivery and they've completely ignored me. This company is a SCAM, They've taken my money!! Be Warned!!!
