High failure rate
Before ordering, buyers should closely consider this company’s quality control and return policy. Over a three-year period, I purchased three trees. The first died within a week, the second was healthy, and the third arrived dead on arrival. While a single dead plant might be an anomaly, a majority failure rate indicates a systemic issue. More importantly, their policy dictates that if a product arrives dead, the customer must absorb the cost of shipping and accept store credit rather than a refund. This policy effectively forces the consumer to pay for the company’s quality control errors. Proceed with caution.
